STEPHANIE HUYNH, MOVE METHOD

Stephanie Huynh is a Toronto-based movement specialist with over 20 years of experience in dance education, studio leadership, and inclusive fitness programming. Originally from Saskatoon, she began competitive dance at age five, training in styles from ballet to hip-hop. Five years ago, she expanded into the world of fitness, blending her technical foundation with functional training. Through Move Method, Stephanie helps individuals build strength, mobility, and confidence—using movement as a tool for resilience, creativity, and empowerment at every stage.
